GORD was established in 1974 as an engineering and installation. Over the years grew to become focused on design and manufacturing line of quality telecommunication structures.

Today, GORD consists of a group of international independently-operated organizations specializing in the design, manufacturing and sale of steel structures in telecommunication industry.

• Tower members (including hardware) utilize high tensile steel. Mill test reports are retained for quality verification of structural members

• Steel members are hot dip galvanized after fabrication, per ASTM and CSA standards

• Welding is by certified welding fabricators and per CWB & AWS standards
