Roof Mounts
Roof-mounted STNDs (Standard Mounts) are structural supports used to securely attach telecommunications equipment, such as antennas, satellite dishes, and relay stations, to rooftops. Designed for stability, they provide a reliable base to withstand environmental factors like wind and rain. These mounts typically include weather-resistant materials like galvanized steel or aluminum, and often have adjustable heights and orientations to ensure optimal signal transmission. Roof-mounted STNDs are essential for urban and rural installations, as they maximize signal coverage while maintaining minimal impact on building aesthetics and structural integrity.

There are many different types of roof mounts available, each tailored to specific installation needs and equipment.
Elements

Penetrating Roof Mount
A Penetrating Roof Mount (PNRM) is a stable telecommunications mount that anchors equipment directly to the roof structure with bolts, providing strong wind resistance. These mounts are ideal for long-term installations, though they require sealing to prevent leaks.

To seal Penetrating Roof Mounts (PNRMs) and prevent leaks, installers typically use a combination of waterproof materials and techniques such as Galvanized or Stainless Steel Flashing. Steel flashing is highly durable and resistant to corrosion, creating a long-lasting barrier around penetration points. When properly shaped and secured around the base of the mount, it directs water away from vulnerable areas, reducing the risk of leaks.

QRP TILTING
Quick roof penetration mounts are mounting systems designed to securely fasten equipment, such as antennas, satellite dishes, or HVAC components, to a roof by creating small, strategically placed penetrations. These mounts offer a strong, permanent hold by anchoring directly into the roof structure, ensuring stability for heavy or wind-exposed equipment. QRP's are ideal for installations requiring a secure, long-lasting attachment while minimizing the impact on the roof surface.

Roof Wall Chair
Roof wall chairs are support structures used to mount equipment, such as conduits, pipes, or antennas, onto the parapet or wall sections of a rooftop. These "chairs" securely hold the equipment at an elevated position, preventing direct contact with the roof surface to avoid potential damage and allow for better air circulation. Roof wall chairs are typically constructed from durable, galvanized materials to resist corrosion and withstand various environmental conditions. They help organize rooftop installations, protect the roof membrane, and provide a stable, accessible setup for maintenance.

Roof Wall Mount
Roof wall mounts are mounting systems designed to secure equipment, such as antennas, satellite dishes, or communication devices, to the vertical surface of a building’s roof wall or parapet. By anchoring to the building’s structure, these mounts provide a stable, elevated position that helps optimize equipment performance while keeping the main roof surface clear. Roof wall mounts are typically built to withstand outdoor conditions, ensuring reliable support and minimal interference with other rooftop elements. They are ideal for situations where space is limited or roof penetration must be avoided.

Roof Equipment Ballast Mount
Roof equipment ballast mounts are non-penetrating support structures used to secure equipment, such as HVAC units, solar panels, or satellite dishes, on flat or low-slope roofs without the need to drill holes. They rely on weighted materials—typically concrete blocks or similar ballast—to stabilize the equipment in place, distributing weight to avoid concentrated pressure points and reducing the risk of roof damage or leaks. Ballast mounts are ideal for rooftops where maintaining roof integrity is a priority, and they offer flexibility for equipment removal or relocation.

Roof Wall Tower
Roof wall towers are structural supports used to mount telecommunications equipment, such as antennas or small cell networks, onto the side or parapet wall of a rooftop. These towers provide a stable, elevated platform, helping to maximize signal reach and avoid interference with other rooftop installations. Typically made from strong, galvanized steel for durability and corrosion resistance, roof wall towers are designed to withstand wind loads and other environmental forces. They are ideal for urban environments where building-mounted towers can enhance network coverage without taking up valuable rooftop space.
