Wind Towers

GORD’s towers are highly adaptable for wind applications, covering all self-supporting and guyed towers, as well as monopoles and certain flat roof mounts.

In addition to providing our standard structures, we have extensive experience collaborating with innovative companies to develop custom-designed towers tailored to their specific turbine models.

Stand-Alone & Commercial Applications  
Our guyed and self-support tower models can accommodate wind turbine capacities ranging from 500 W to 30 kW. For higher capacities, custom-engineered towers and monopoles are recommended.

Wind Monitoring Applications  
GORD towers are ideal for both temporary and permanent wind monitoring installations.

General Notes 

 

• Designs adhere to CSA-S37 or EIA/TIA-222 standards, with additional specifications available upon request.

 

• For enhanced environmental protection, all steel tower components are hot-dip galvanized post-fabrication, meeting ASTM/CSA standards.

 

• Welding conforms to CWB specifications.
